Contemporary and surreal plastic artist Madeleine Riande was born in La Cuidad de Panamá on June 16, 1992.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Savannah College of Arts and Design with a career in industrial design with a specialty in sculpture and another in design of accesories.
In 2016 she traveled to Spain to attend the Bisbal School in Girona and then to work glass under the tutelage of the teacher Pilar Aldana and Agustina Ross in Barcelona Glass Studio.
In 2017 she attends the Pilchuck School of Glass in the USA.
Today she specializes in painting and sculpture under the tutelage of the teacher Armando Granja.
She will begin her master's degree at PRATT Institute in Fine Arts in NYC 2020.
Her inspiration is to create an awareness of society, we are one step away from being cyborgs.
It is inspired by neuroscience and the evolution of the human being based on the understanding of what surrounds us politically and socially.
Being a feminist artist focuses on the acceptance of genres and the acceptance of future evolutionary changes.
