Born in Panama in 1971, in a family inclined towards the arts. He Started painting with his father's guide and art books. Travels to Mexico in 1989, where he visits galleries and museums. Studied at the National School of Plastic Arts of Panama graduating with honors in 1992. The following year won the National Poster and Honorable Mention Prize in the same contest, as well as the Second Place in the National Contest of Young Painting "Ron Bacardi" in 1994.
Has participated in various solo, group and auction exhibitions, highlighting his participation in the "Central American Cultural Corredor", auctions in Mexico, New York, and various exhibitions in South Korea, China, Japan and Chile, sharing exhibitions with several latinamerican masters
Designated "Meritorious Son" of the District of La Chorrera where he resides In 2010, was recorded the Documentary Video: "La Plástica Panameña de Osvaldo Herrera Graham" by the Organización Culturas Indómitas of Madrid, Spain (available on YouTube) In 2014 exhibited at Casa de América in Madrid as part of the winners of Arte en la Red Contest
